These policies and compliance documents apply to the use of Global Pigeon Network (“GPN”), owned and operated by Ceteris Partners LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company.
These policies supplement the GPN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Community Guidelines
Purpose
Global Pigeon Network is intended to provide a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for pigeon enthusiasts, racing communities, breeders, hobbyists, clubs, organizations, and related users. By using GPN, users agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
Respectful Conduct
Users must treat others respectfully. The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
- Hate speech, threats, or intimidation
- Stalking or defamation
- Personal attacks
- Encouraging self-harm or violence
Disagreements may occur, but users must remain civil.
Spam and Fraud
Users may not send spam or unsolicited messages, post misleading or deceptive content, conduct scams or fraudulent schemes, manipulate engagement metrics, use fake accounts, impersonate individuals or organizations, or conduct phishing attempts. Commercial promotions must comply with platform rules.
Illegal or Harmful Content
Users may not post or share:
- Illegal content or copyright-infringing material
- Pornographic or exploitative content
- Graphic violence or animal abuse content
- Malware or malicious software
- Content encouraging criminal activity
- Fraudulent sales listings
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their posts, communications, uploaded content, transactions with other users, and interactions on and off the platform. GPN does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of user content.
Reporting Violations
Users may report content, conduct, or accounts that violate platform rules. GPN may investigate reports and take enforcement actions including content removal, warning notices, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, and reporting illegal activity to authorities. Moderation decisions are made at GPN’s sole discretion.
2. DMCA and Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Respect
GPN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users may not upload or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe content on GPN infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification including:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement made under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy
GPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
Counter Notifications
Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification as permitted under applicable law. GPN reserves the right to restore or permanently remove disputed content at its discretion.
3. Subscription and Refund Policy
Membership Services
GPN operates as a paid membership platform. Certain features require payment of recurring subscription fees or membership charges.
Billing and Renewals
By purchasing a membership, users authorize recurring billing through approved payment processors including Stripe. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
Currently memberships require a one-time fee. If this changes in the future, all members will have the option of cancelling their original membership and will receive a full refund in the amount of their original membership fee at sign up.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
Cancellations
Users may cancel subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation requests stop future renewals but do not automatically generate refunds for prior charges.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, membership fees and subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
GPN reserves the right to deny refund requests involving:
- Abuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
- Excessive refund requests
- Violations of platform rules
- Chargeback abuse
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users agree to contact GPN support before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, permanent bans, collections activity, or legal action where permitted.
4. Cookie Policy
Use of Cookies
GPN uses cookies, tracking technologies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Authenticate users and remember preferences
- Maintain sessions and analyze traffic and usage
- Improve platform performance and prevent fraud and abuse
- Deliver advertising and promotions
- Measure marketing effectiveness
Third-Party Services
Third-party providers including payment processors, analytics services, advertising providers, and embedded content providers may also use cookies or tracking technologies. These providers may include Stripe, Google Analytics, advertising networks, and social media integrations. GPN does not control third-party tracking technologies.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow users to delete, block, or limit cookies and configure privacy settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Authorized Use Only
Users may only use GPN for lawful and authorized purposes.
Prohibited Technical Activities
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access or circumvent security measures
- Probe or scan systems without authorization
- Disrupt servers, infrastructure, or launch denial-of-service attacks
- Use bots, automated scraping tools, or harvest user data
- Reverse engineer platform systems or upload malicious code
- Exploit software vulnerabilities or interfere with normal platform operations
Commercial Restrictions
Without written permission, users may not resell access to the platform, operate commercial scraping services, use GPN data for unauthorized business purposes, or republish platform content at scale.
Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, termination of access, removal of content, civil legal action, or referral to law enforcement authorities. GPN reserves all rights and remedies available under law.
6. Moderation and Enforcement Disclaimer
GPN reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, investigate, moderate, remove, restrict, or disable content and accounts. We make moderation decisions at our sole discretion and do not guarantee continuous monitoring, immediate enforcement, error-free moderation, or consistent outcomes in every situation. Users understand that moderation decisions may involve subjective judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPN and Ceteris Partners LLC are not responsible for user conduct, user-generated content, transactions between users, off-platform interactions, third-party services, data loss, security breaches, service interruptions, financial losses, or reputation harm. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
8. Governing Law
These policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within South Carolina.
9. Updates to These Policies
GPN may modify these policies at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
